There are situations where someone other than the tenant on the lease — such as a family member — may need to pay rent on their behalf. Here's how we handle that.

🏢 Pay in person at any of our offices

Third-party payers who do not have access to the resident portal can drop off payment in person at any of our office locations.

We accept the following forms of payment only:

Certified funds
Money order
Cashier's check

All payments must be made out to:

Cash and personal checks are not accepted.

🔒 Portal access — residents only

We do not provide portal access to non-residents. The resident portal is tied to the lease and is available exclusively to the tenants named on the lease agreement.

If a third party wishes to make a payment online, the following options are available at the tenant's own discretion:

Share login credentials — If the tenant chooses to share their portal login with a third party (such as a family member), that is entirely at the tenant's discretion. Aloe Property Management is not responsible for any account activity resulting from shared credentials.
One-time eCheck payment — The tenant can log into their portal and initiate a one-time payment via eCheck on behalf of anyone. This does not require the third party to have their own portal access.
