📌 Important: Missed or refused appointments will result in a $20 admin fee. Continued failure to allow access or replace filters is a lease violation and may result in charges for any damages to the HVAC system due to neglect.

🧯 Pro Tip: Also remember to replace smoke detector and carbon monoxide batteries once a year. We recommend April 15 as a good reminder date.

Many of our homes use heat pumps for heating and cooling. Here are some tips to stay comfortable:

Set the temperature and leave it alone—let the system do its job
Keep blinds closed and avoid using hot appliances during peak temperatures
Close unused vents and adjust airflow to help balance room temperatures
Poor cooling or heating? A clogged filter is often the cause—don’t wait to get it changed!
