How to Schedule a Tour and How to Access Lockboxes or Keypads

Click Tour on the home you are interested in

Fill out your personal information for security purposes: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number and click Next

Select Identity Verification - Add

Read the requirements

Select Next, you will continue on cell phone if you are not on one. You will take a photo of your drivers license FRONT and BACK and then you will take a selfie with you looking at the camera, moving your head to the right and left. Video here to explain how it works. Once done, you will receive an email.

You will receive an email from no-reply@app.getaplty.com (Aloe Property Management Application Services).

This email will approve your showing time. To access the rental, click the button in the email once you are near the front door (or the lockbox). A one-time access code will be generated.

The code is valid for one use. Do not close the lockbox until you are finished. The code expires 3 minutes after it is generated. If it expires, generate a new code.

You can also click the blue link to access the rental or download the app.

How to use the lockbox?

Type in the code given to you and push the bottom right key, the box will pop right open. There is no need to pull, push, or try to open it.

If you push 1 number to start your code and it does not light up, try the first number again before going to the next or it will mess up the code.

If you try the same code or mess up the code more than 3 times, it will shut down for 45 minutes. Our security is very strict, it is important to read thoroughly.

If it does not light up after you push the 1st number on it, please call the office.

This is a sign the battery may have died and we need to send out a tech. If you by chance have a battery pack with usb-c you can use that to plug in under the key portion and try the code again. This allows you to open the lockbox while you are there and then close it. We manage the batteries, but this could happen randomly with the weather.

How to use the keypad

Keyless Door Lock:

You need to first touch the keypad to light it up

Once lit up you can type the code give to you from the email access code and push the unlock button on the bottom right and it will auto unlock

When you leave, push the lock button

Troubleshoot: Turn location services on

Android:

Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

Go to Settings > Location.Toggle Use location on or off.

Tap App permissions to manage which apps can access your location.
Location Accuracy: Enable this to use a combination of GPS, Wi-Fi, and cellular networks for better precision.

iPhone (iOS):

Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

Toggle Location Services on or off.
Scroll down to customize app-specific access (Never, Ask Next Time, While Using the App, or Always).

Step 1: Download the NoKey App

Before your tour, download the app using the link in your tour confirmation email.

Step 2: Sign In

Open the app and sign in using the same account you used to request your tour.

Step 3: View Your Scheduled Tours

Once signed in, you’ll see a list of your approved tours on the home screen.

Step 4: Unlock Your Tour Home

When your tour time begins, an “Access Home” button will appear. Tap it to open your tour details.

Once you arrive at the property:

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
Tap Unlock to open the door.
Tap Lock when you finish your tour.

Troubleshooting

Issue What to Try
“Access Home” button isn’t showing	Wait until your scheduled tour window begins.
Door won’t unlock	Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and you’re standing close to the door.
App won’t open	Try closing and reopening the app. Ensure you’re signed in with the same account used to request the tour.
